Shipping Policy

Order Processing and Dispatch

Orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Orders placed before 3:00 pm are usually dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 3:00 pm will be processed on the next working day.

Please note that all dispatch times are estimates only. While we always aim to get your order out as quickly as possible, Myndset is not responsible for delays outside of our reasonable control, including courier delays, strikes, customs checks, or periods of high seasonal demand.

UK Delivery

All UK orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 48 unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Tracked 48 refers to 48 working hours and does not include weekends or public holidays. For example, an order placed on a Friday may arrive on the following Monday or Tuesday.

Once your parcel has been delivered to the address provided at checkout, responsibility for the goods passes to you. If you choose to have your parcel delivered to a safe place or third party, responsibility passes once delivery has been confirmed by the courier.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, we are required to deliver goods within 30 days of purchase unless a different timeframe has been agreed. If this timeframe is not met, you may be entitled to a full refund.

Address Accuracy

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct and up to date.

Myndset cannot be held responsible for orders sent to an incorrect or outdated address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your delivery details, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@myndset.co.uk. While we will do our best to help, we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed.

Delivery Liability

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or customs authorities, additional costs resulting from customs clearance, duties or taxes, deliveries made to addresses entered incorrectly by the customer, or missed deliveries where the courier attempted delivery but the recipient was unavailable.
